Does anyone know where to currently get online reiki attunements for free?
a lot of past sites are no longert operating.
Why do people charge for reiki attunements?
I think its unfair when people charge for reiki attunements, we are all meant to help each other. This site has a link to the site I used for free reiki manuals and attunements. The guy was really genuine and Im now attuned to level 2. Has anyone else had free attunements? And where did you get them?The link is on this site holisticriver.com
I had all the attunements of Reiki performed on me 7 years ago...?
I am now 22, so I got all my attunements for the three degrees when I was 15. I believe I was too young to understand the full scope of what I was receiving, since it was an aunt of mine who took me to these. I only practiced it for a short time. I am now a lot more interested and want to become more informed on Reiki, but I don't know if the attunements are for my lifetime, should I get attuned again, do I even still have the ability to channel the energy as when I first got it and maybe just a little rusty in need of practice? I really would like to practice Reiki again but I don't know if I still have the right " tools." I kept all of the information I was given then and know the symbols and all...
Online/ distance reiki attunements? do they work?
where someone in a distant locality " uttaunes" a practitioner without actually being present with them.note I don't want any answers saying reiki itself doesnt work as the question is based on the premise of reiki possibly working.pretty much only interested in reiki practitioners viewpoints.gary, you are not helping your case. the question was not about wether reiki works at all or not. it was about wether distance attunements would work as well as those in person.just because there is no clinical " evidence" as you put it for reiki does not mean that it doesnt work on a psychological level. even if it only helps a persons mind be at peace with a condition it has actually worked. even if it only helps a person feel good about themselves it can be said to work.please stick to the actual question and not turn it into debunking a system in general.
Reiki 1 attunements and dietary restrictions?
I have a reiki 1 attunement class scheduled for tomorrow. I forgot about the dietary restriction and went to Starbucks for my normal coffee. however i have not ate meat ect. just berries lol. is there anyway to counteract my oopps? like doubling water? thanks in advance thank you to all who answered today was an awesome experience
Are Reiki attunements necessary?
I'm sure I'll probably get a mix of answers on this topic. I'm fairly new to Reiki and I was wondering if it is necessary to physically receive the Reiki I atunement? I've been practicing Wicca for several years so I am not unfamiliar with energy work or healing but recently Reiki has called to me. According to books, tradition, and many practitioners you are to receive an attunement before you begin working with reiki energy to clear your channels and open yourself to reiki itself. I'm not sure I believe this is the only way. I am a very open minded person and I think if I were to meditate on the subject and focus on clearing my own channels I could preform some form of self attunement. Also there are videos that you can watch, such as the ones by Steve Murray that are supposed to give you a distance attunement. I can already feel energy and project it quite well but perhaps some sort of phenomenon will happen that will make my workings more effective. Please give me your oppinions on self attunement, distance attunements and anything else you feel that is important. No haters please

Is it true that reiki attunements fade with time?
There are many energy systems in healing, is attunement in one system cansal the attunement taken in someother energy systems previously?Usui Master in Reiki was attuned due to his spiritual practiceses automatically, Is it must that we must be attuned by a master or we can access the same level of energy by devoting our intentions and doing meditations and fastings to attain the same level?Which energy will be more healing and energising, the energy received by letting the master to open your channles or the self acquired one? Does healing energies differ from each other in receiving attunements in different systems, or the same healing energy works in all different systems? If their frequencies differ than the difference is due to different masters, or due to different sources? How can one differentiate between positive and negative healing source, if the source differs?
Reiki problem? Attunements?
I just self attuned myself to the the first degree of reiki and I did notice some effects. My hands become tingly now and occasionally my feet, but sometimes i can barely feel the energy at all and sometimes its quite strong, especially when in my feet. Idk why the energy strength feels so scattered, one minute it will be powerful and then the next not at all so im confused if I have done this correctly. I am also looking to try and find someone willing to teach me the 2nd degree of reiki and I can't afford to pay the outrageous attunement fees. Anyone able to give me some tips please
