Is it possible to do my own chakra healing or balancing?
I've seen there are a few questions about this here but most of them say that they " visualize" their own chakras and just align them...I'm just starting so I'm not able to visualize anything yet What can I do? How should I do it? Should I do it daily? Thanks
Anyone experienced with chakra healing?
Anyone who deals with this either professionally or simply practices this type of healing here?I think my main problem is the root chakra. I get frustrated with the smallest things. I get angry to the point of wishing I could break things and kick them repeatedly. I have no idea where do these obviously unresolved issues come from, but it sure happens a lot. Anyway, I have some serious anger issues. I hate people I haven't even met really because I simply dislike something about them. I can't stand happy people, they irritate me. This is really becoming worse all together. What can I do? Would crystals alone help or should I meditate also? I have no idea if I'm even capable of meditating, being angry like this all the time.Help, please.Thank you.
