How are chakra's opened?
I'm very interested in holistic medicine and would like to look into this, QiGong and Reiki
Burning sensations around chakra spots?
recently i have been getting burning sensations around my chakra spots, mainly my heart, throat and solar plexus, they will alternate depending on who im around and the nature of the conversation. i sometimes also get a pressure in thoes regions which usually travels up to my head and will slow and cloud my thoughts. all my symptons indicate kundalini syndrome. is this possible?i almost forgot that the top of my head also gets these burning sensations. i have started loosing hair in that regions since these symptons have started. hey the spiritual attatchments, are they like bonds formed with people you are close with? i usually get this sensations after a negative encounter with the individuals. how do i stop this> ?hey to be honest gin this isnt my real family, im living with my father and his wife and their extended family, and all this started when i moved down here a month ago, lets just say most of them are gifted in one way or another, but no1 tells me anything, or how they do it, but i realise its something to do with the food. id like to say more but i dont want write anything else on yahoo answers, can give me some advice pls?no addictions, i smoke from time to time but since i got here ive found it difficult to inhale or enjoy the smoke, i also stopped enjoying music . i know i sound a little paranoid but im just trying to make sense of whats going on. im absolutely positive this started after i arrived here. yea i know, but it doesnt explain the kundalini like symptons. all my chakra regions i mentioned are cooling down except the my throat chest region, i still have a warm tingling sensation. honestly it happens only when i intereact with people, its like i can feel the exchange of energy. like talking to my depressed father i can feel my energy been sapped and then i get the burning sensations, it will only go away if walk or talk to somebody positive. i i know i sound crazy but this is honestly what i am going through. is any of this stuff making sense? i have most of the kundalini like symptons
Why is my chakra crown opening by itself when I sleep.?
Lately Ive been experiencing vibration in my body when i sleep. My head has pressure, tingling sensation, i hear swooshing sounds. I wake up it stops but when i go back to sleep it starts again. as if im having an outer body experience. I researched the signs that my crown chakra is opening. but I havent been meditating. Why is this doing this on its on. Just started a week ago. Feels weird when I sleep and LOUD.
I have been getting a lot of feeling around my throat chakra lately and just wondering why this is happening?
this feeling has only just started happening last week. I have noticed also when I have spoken to a particular person I have had to keep clearing my throat all the time and just before I saw them my throat was a bit sore and then afterwards the pain went away. Does this mean that my throat chakra is opening or it is opened?

Cool burning sensation in my solar plexus chakra?
I'm laying here and feeling a cool burning sensation through my solar plexus chakra, front to back, but mostly feeling it in my back, chakra feels the size of an orange. Any suggestions as to why? It is a bit alarming Well, I was curious what the cool burning sensation was. Was it clearing out or was it overloaded? The last time I checked my solar plexus chakra it was oval in shape, imbalanced, have not checked it since then or since the sensations. I understand there are emotional etc, signs of an imbalanced chakra but what are the physical sensations of one? Thank you so much

Sometimes when I wake up or fall asleep and wake up quickly afterward I feel my chest pounding. I look for my pulse but it seems to be normal and not too quick, and so is my breath. But my chest and back like have a pulse of their own Wth is that? Please no hate comments, I'm serious here.

Chakra crystal healing ?
I am currently doing a chakra healing cleansing and have had some side effects of the crystals that I just want to make sure is normal I guess. Instead of using haematite for my base I used garnet and had no side effects. For my sacral I used tiger eye and had mild cramping during and for a little bit after. For my solar plexus I used citrine and had mild stomach ache during and for a little while after. I have never done a chakra healing before so my assumption is that is normal for first time cleansing but Just want to make sure it isnt something different. Thanks.
