Can you tell me anything interesting you know of the shoulder chakras?
I am able to find a lot of info about the other chakras, but not these two, and well...basically I am having some intermittent transient pain or discomfort in this area. It started in my right shoulder blade and now is usually only in the left shoulder blade. So my right shoulder feels okay for the most part, but now my left one is hurting. This all started back in June I think. It isn't a sharp pain. It is a dull barely there pain.I know something is up because I get the urge to pop my shoulder in weird ways. Seriously. lol. One time a friend saw me doing it and was like, 'dude that cannot be normal' LOL I then stopped doing it in public. I basically turn my arm backwards in the front and use my other arm as leverage to pop it. Then it is like cool relief washes over my neck and arm. and that is just one of several weirdo ways I am popping it . WHAT is going on hahah??lol...I have never heard of elbowology...are you all just making fun of me hahahaha? I did a google search and it seems legit. but I have zero cash so that is out of the question for now.besides it isn't really bugging me enough to go to a dr. or whatnot. I am just curious if anyone can point me in the right direction to do some research on the shoulder chakra...maybe a website or book recommendation? etc.Alright..LOL...you all were making fun of me...elbowology sounded fishy and rightly so. In my defense, had I done more than just a quick google search I would have found you out sooner No hard feelings and I respect all views...serious or not so serious I do not give thumbs down...all points of view are welcome and appreciated
Do healing stone and chakras do anything? or even better is there scientific fact behind it?
Yeah, so i have been collecting rocks all my life, and most stores or websites I have to go to sell stones for healing not for collecting. So i finally got kind of curious into what these sites were talking about. They were things about feeling the energy of the stone and such. I dont feel a thing from any single stone I have, ever. not even a quick zip of electrostatic whatever.. Plus the other thing I read after doing some research was about piezoelectric stuff. This I can believe in but I dunno.. Can anyone explain if this has any merit, or scientific fact, or if its just a bunch of quacks imagining they feel a difference? A few questions about opening your chakras?
1. When opening the base chakra, do you need to place your thumb and index finger over it?2. Should I leave over active chakras alone?3. Can anyone tell me how to open minor chakras?

I know that you can balance your chakras through meditation and I have tried it . I don't completely understand though . I have read about it . How to check your chakras in Reiki?
HelloI am a student of Massage Therapy and we recently studied Reiki and I do understand the flow of energy through the body and if there is a blockage of that energy flow then problems can occur but what I am confused about is the pendulum used to check the Chakras. Could someone please explain how the pendulum works and how does it tell if the chakra is open or closed?

I meditate once in a while and i've tried to open my chakras, they say you are supposed to feel it. I just want to know what it feels like and what you can accomplish by doing so??? thanx for your help Best answer 10 points
Is it supposed to hurt when you cleanse your chakras?
This past Christmas, I got a Chakra crystal cleansing kit as a gift. I really haven't experimented with Chakras or know a whole lot about them. In this kit, there was 7 crystals, one for each of the corresponding Chakras. The little booklet that came with the kit explained that basically you meditate with the crystals on the chakra centers and somehow you cleanse yourself. So I put on some meditative music and put the crystals on myself. After about 10 mins, the amethyst I placed on my forehead began to hurt really bad, and I decided to take it off. My headache went away instantly, but as soon as I placed the amethyst back on, the headache reappeared. I wanted to know if this is something wrong with this particular chakra or if there is an issue with the stone itself? Is there a way to fix it? Has anyone ever had this happen or something like it to them? And if anyone knows of a good website or book to reference for learning more about chakras, please let me know. Thanks
