Reliable does reiki work Information and Tips

On what basis does reiki work on long distance?
Does it work through the internet and or fix phone, or sending some personal item, picture, etc? Could acupuncture work on long distance too?Girls, your answer could be more correct but is very plastic. What I am looking for is first hand experience description, not cosmic energy interaction definitions. I do understand distance transition of thoughts and energy healing, but not healing though phone. Convince me not to joke with the subject.

Why and how does reiki work?
