Is this normal after a Reiki 1 attunement?
I had my Reiki i attunement yesterday and practised on two people also. I feel extremely angry, stressed etc.. is this normal, part of the cleansing process etc..??? I am well aware that some people don't have anytime for Reiki, if this is so, then please don't waste my time and yours by answering this question as I am getting fed up with stupid comments. Also if Reiki is " against" your religion, also, please don't answer thanksxxxLisa Why should I be ashamed of myself???? I don't understand.
