Can wearing a leather belt during a reiki session hinder the flow of the reiki energy?
I received a reiki attunement and I was wondering how I could increase the reiki energy?
i know there is defferent levels of reiki, when i received the attunement he said there is really no need for an attunement for each level. he said just the 1 attunement and practice i could reach level 3. any opinions?

I have my level two reiki training... but I find that sometimes the energy is much stronger than other times. Lately I have not been able to successfully transfer a strong stream of energy. Does anyone have tips for getting into the state where you have a strong stream of energy passing through you? thanks Alot
Is it Reiki energy or something else that I'm using?
I recently found out about reiki but I have never been attuned to it and right away I started healing myself, like my bad knees, and helped my sister with her broken arm and I also helped my pet dog recover from an attack from another dog. Felina my pet was attacked before and it took a few days for her to heal, but after I used whatever it was I used she recovered in one day. I can scan the aura and feel the hot spots that need healing. Is it just natural for me and if I get attuned will it be more powerful and effective?Thanks,
