Reliable reiki on Information and Tips
Last night I performed reiki on myself for the first time ever and today I've gained 1 pound?
" Hello, last night I practiced reiki on both myself and others for the first time in my life but I don't think I was doing it properly because I had insomnia for a couple of hours after doing it... Like when I was practicing reiki, the hormonones that usually put me to sleep were somehow put on hold. I felt this warm energy in my hands, whenever I thought about the people I wanted to perform Reiki on, and the ones who needed more help seemed to leave a warmer sensation. I was praying for God to heal them from their sins and not so much for them to recover from their sickness... I think only two prayers for healing went through out of all the sick people that I prayed for.Today I weigh myself on the scale and I've gained 1 pound. Why is this? Is it because my body wasn't burning fat properly the night before? Also is your body supposed to heat up when your performing reiki or am I not doing it properly?"
Can you perform reiki on someone that is sleeping?
Is the benefit as great I guess is more to the point...What are your thoughtsIts for someone who has asked me to do it previously but I tend to think of them when they are sleeping
What will happen if a reiki master is not doing reiki on herself for a day or two?
i am a reiki master 3a.but because of some personal reasons i was not able to do reiki on me for two or three days.will it in any case hamper my powers?
Practicing reiki on yourself?
People talk a lot about reiki, and it sounds really interesting to me somebody told me it might help with my shy bladder issues . I've noticed that people usually talk about a practitioner doing it, but I've also occasionally seen mention of people being able to do it on themselves. Is this really possible, and if so, is it difficult to do or does it have any different effects to what a practitioner would do? This would be my only option if I were to try reiki, as I'm only 16 and live in a small town, so I'm not likely to find somebody who does it.
After doing reiki level 1 can you go on to do reiki on the general public?

Maybe they naturally possess universal healing energy...maybe they practice it on each other?
When performing reiki on a lady her foot spasms, has this happened to anyone else?
This lady I do reiki for, her foot spasms sometimes, it seems to do it more when I'm holding her foot and doing reiki. I do deep meditation during the reiki sessions. When I hold her foot normally spasms are rarer. I'm level III attuned one level below master .Does anyone have an idea why this occurs, and has it happened to you?
