Does anyone practice reiki or know of a course to learn in Northwest of England?
I just lost my nana and tried this on her when she was ill with cancer. It seemed to work on her for about 3 hours, calmed her down and she was able to sleep for a few hours without being distressed. I now feel this is something I would like to do and change my career. I have searched on the internet but Aberdeen seems to be the nearest place to do a course. Thanks for any sensible answers.

I have had a labral tear in my shoulder and just had an operation, where they restore the labrum using anchors.I was advised by my hippy parent that Reiki is good for healing. I doubt it's worth it since i went for it once for my knee injury, and it never got better. My knee was eventually fixed by a lateral release operation.So Reiki? GOod or bad? Or a waste of money?I think it's a waste and its for dreamers
