Question: How to become a reiki masters? or reiki practitioners?

I want to become a reiki master what should I do? Do in need to become reiki practitioners first then proceed to becoming a powerful reiki masters? Any suggestions will greatly appreciate thanks in advance

Reiki masters actually play a make believe game that they can detect a magic "energy " and manipulate it with their thoughts. It's quite funny, unless you remember that gullible people give them money for this, and they sometimes think they can treat actual diseases. Why would you aspire to such a useless, imaginary occupation?

No matter want others tell you, Reiki and other energy arts like feng shui, quigong, reconnective healing all work. People ridicule what they dont understand. I myself am a practicioner of all but reconnective healing. And dont concentrate on being a master, as Einstien once said, " The more we know, the better we realise how much little we really know; its easy to be an expert when you are a beginner "To fully be able to master Reiki, a knowledge of all energy arts, thought sciences and noetic sciences is needed. Reiki is total baloney. It has NO basis in science (in fact science shows it cannot work by the methods claimed), and no matter of pseudo-scientific babble is going to change that. Reiki works purely by convincing the person undergoing it that they're going to feel a change. This expectation (and the exchange of money) ensures that psychologically, people believe that something has happened. You can't shift energy around by using you mind and waving your hands in the air, that's pretty silly. Buy a book if you want to, then just call yourself a 'reiki master' (it's not a protected term so anyone can call themselves it).

Ask ten reiki masters, you'll get ten different answers. As far as known science can tell, reiki is an odd semi-religious concept with no basis in science or reality. Quantum psychology? Really?

I learned about Reiki from a doctor. He said,he didn't know how worked,he just new it did. Most people on here thank they know everything there is to know. When in fact,they have closed their minds up tight when they got out of school..

There are as lot of misinformed answers on this question . the problem is finding the right person -that is why u should sincerely pray for the universe to reveal to you the right person to do this .there are quite a few fraudulent people about . find a good teacher --what to look for mmn well why not get them to demonstrate and to give u reiki healing ----you should easily feel this energy , that will give u some measure of their self acting as a channel.....and that is what we are channels for this energy ... forget totaly the word master ---replace with servant .... for that is what you do serve humbly meekly ----not for ego .... be sincere and u will find the right person Reiki, Millions of people are aware of this fantastic healing energy and there are literally thousands of healers [channels for this energy].
