Absolutely. 'Satori' is the japanese buddhist term for enlightenment and it happens when you stop searching for it and realise that you had it along! Everyone finds their own way. Following the reiki precepts and practicing mindfulness can help you too. The reiki precepts: 'Just for today: Do not anger, Do not worry, Be honest, Be humble, Be compassionate towards yourself and other people'. It isn't always easy to follow the precepts (some days are more challenging than others!) but the point is that you try to adhere to them as much as you can. Hope that helps! |
