How to begin using crystals and stones to clear all the chakra's?
I am going to begin a collection of healing crystals, but I don't know which one's to get. Please advise? Also, I am needing direction on how to use them, cleanse them and store them. I've been experimenting with my chakra points not through meditation but through messaging and the only one that ive seemed to make anything happen at all was my throat chakra and i made myself pass out during a class. anyone have any advice on how to experiment with them?
Information about Colored Light Therapy without all the chakra nonsense?
I'm interested in learning more about colored light therapy chromotherapy, whatever you want to call it since I've personally seen the effects it can have on people see below , but most of what I can find online sheds a spiritual light no pun intended on the subject. I'm not interested in chi, or chakra, or healing crystals, or anything like that. I just want to find out more about how the color interacts with the body. I'm investigating this because I find it interesting, but I take everything with a grain of salt anyway, so don't worry about warning me off that it doesn't work. I'm not looking for rainbows, butterflies, and the cure to cancer.
