Gemstone therapy: is it best to use the rough cuts or do polished/tumbled stones work just as well?
I've had great results before wearing an amethyst bracelet. The stones were rough and unfaceted, unpolished. I'm now wondering if the atoms are sealed in as the gems are polished and or tumbled or faceted and whether rough cuts crystals, chunks etc simply work better.What's your experience?
